Advanced Technology:

State-of-the-Art Offset Printing

Our advanced 4-color press the Komori Spica 29 is environmentally friendly in that it consumes less than half the electric energy compared to older presses of the like capabilities; its automatic blanket and roller wash mechanism is a self-contained cassette that keeps the air free of fumes.

We have discontinued the use of Aqueous Coating (AC) in favor of the environmentally sound Soy based varnishes. The highly polluting AC is nothing more than a floor wax that's been formulated to run in printing presses.

State-of-the-Art Pre-Press

Our cutting-edge pre-press technology consists of the Evo Workflow running on a Macintosh setup with a wide-format flat screen that is calibrated to our Epson Stylus Pro 9800, so that the colors you see in the screen are, in fact, the colors that are printed on the proof. - Once approved, the same file is ripped to our Kodak /Creo Magnus CTP, to produce our Thermal (chemistry-free) Metal Plates.

The color profile of the file is also sent to the offset printing press for accurate color balance.
